Hey guys! Welcome back to Day 2 of my Cameron Highlands getaway! If you missed my 1st day post (where I transformed into my cutest self!), don’t worry, you can still catch up here. Let’s dive into Day 2!
Today, I visited Tiny Boutique Habitat—an absolutely charming homestay that also doubles as a café serving some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had! So, whether you’re looking for a cozy stay or a tasty meal, this place has it all.
Tiny Boutique Habitat Café: Food Heaven
Now, let's talk about the food, because OMG, it was mouthwatering! Tiny Boutique Habitat has its very own Tiny Boutique Café, open to both guests and visitors. I have to spill the secret here— they have the best pizza! Yes, you heard that right. Their pizza is homemade and baked in a traditional fire oven (not the usual electric ovens). I can’t recall the exact name of the oven, but I’ll update you once I get the details! 🔥🍕
Here’s a photo of my pizza—look at that! 😍 The crust was perfect, the cheese was gooey, and the toppings were fresh. You’ve got to try it when you visit!
Refreshing Smoothies & More Food Options
If you're a fan of refreshing drinks, their smoothies are to die for. I had the strawberry and mango smoothies, both made from fresh fruits. The taste? So refreshing and not overly sweet. For those who prefer something lighter, this is for you!
Are you more of a savory person? No problem! Their chicken chop with homemade sauce was delicious too. There are plenty of options at the café, all made with love and passion. It’s not just about food here, it’s about a whole experience.
Tiny Boutique Habitat: A Charming Homestay
Now, let’s talk about the homestay itself. Tiny Boutique Habitat is located in Kampung Taman Sedia, which might be unfamiliar to some. Most tourists know Tanah Rata or Brinchang, but this hidden gem is situated right between these popular spots.
Opened in 2017, the homestay’s design is inspired by quaint English cottages with a minimalist touch. It’s the perfect retreat if you’re looking for a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. 🌸 They also have a lovely garden where they grow their own veggies and flowers, plus a mini petting zoo with rabbits, geese, hamsters, and chickens—great fun for the whole family!
Homestay Details & Rooms
Although I didn’t stay here, I got a chance to tour the homestay. There are 6 units in total—2 Premium Lodges and 4 Superior Lodges. The architecture is a unique blend of English and modern styles, and each unit is a storey and a half (seriously, so cool!). The loft area, with its Japanese-style mattress, is perfect for kids or anyone who loves cozy spaces.
I recorded some videos of the rooms during my visit, so stay tuned to my channel for that! I’ll share the link once the video is live.
